4+ months and beyond. Each workout provides modifications. Plus we will be there to support you in our Facebook Group. All you have to do is ask. We recommend you check with your healthcare provider before beginning this or any exercise program.

This challenge is self-paced. You will have the flexibility to complete the workouts at the best times for your schedule! We will be there supporting you through our private Facebook group. 

There’s no pressure to be in the FB group. We will say, being in the FB group is the secret sauce to get the support and encouragement you need from us and the mama’s in the group. It’s a safe space and judgment-free zone.

We welcome every level of fitness from beginner to intermediate. Every workout has modifications so you can decrease or increase the intensity that works best for you. We will be there to offer additional modifications if needed in the private Facebook Group. As always, we suggest you check with your healthcare provider before beginning this or any exercise program.

Much of the challenge will require no equipment, but you will need mini resistance bands and a few household items (low stool, chair or bench, the wall, simple items like that).
