Postpartum Core Recovery

A FREE one- week rehab exercise program to help you heal and strengthen your core and pelvic floor

Postpartum recovery can feel overwhelming and all about the baby; but remember it is important to take care of YOU too!

 This one week program is great for:  

>Moms who are early postpartum 3-12 weeks (and beyond! It's never too late to rehab your core)
> Moms struggling to reconnect to their core and pelvic floor postpartum  
>Moms who don't want to rush into exercise, but take their time to heal properly and best support their daily movements
>Moms who want to build a strong foundation for their core and pelvic floor for optimal support prior to returning to their regular exercise routine

Each exercise within the program is designed to support you if you are experiencing: 
-Diastasis Recti Pelvic Organ -Prolapse/Heaviness feeling in pelvic floor
-Leaking -Hip pain or Lower back pain
-Feeling "weak" in your core -Struggle with doing daily tasks and movements

All of these exercises can be done anywhere, with no equipment, in 10 minutes or less. This allows for time to take care of your sweet babe while still prioritizing yourself and your healing.
