Propel Fitness is an exercise class created to support mom's on their fitness journey and in motherhood. Join us weekly for a fun strength-based workout plus adult conversation (yippie!) in the midst of caring for you little ones.

To ensure we have enough equipment and childcare please sign up every week on Tuesday by 4pm.

All The Deets

When: Thursdays, 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM
The 45 minute workout will start promptly at 10:45am. Feel free to hang out afterwards to get to know other moms and have some time just for you!
Who is it for? This class is for moms who want to feel stronger and more capable in their body. If you are also looking for a mom village this is the space for you. It designed for ALL fitness levels. Each workout will have different options and modifications based on your current fitness level.

Childcare: If your little ones are at home with you during the day they are welcome! If they are not crawling they may stay in the class with you (in a car seat or stroller). For those with older kiddos childcare will be provided during the class.

Equipment Needed: We suggest you bring a water bottle and a mat. We will provide the rest.

Price: $7/class (can pay when you arrive via cash or Venmo)
