For the mom who feels comfortable doing workouts on her own, but looking for coaching support along the way.

  • Programming: upper, lower, full, mobility or conditioning 

  • Monthly virtual movement session explaining exercises

  • Training program through online mobile app

  • Direct access to your coach through mobile app and email support

In-Person Training
Packages start at 1 session weekly
For the mom seeking an individualized plan based on their specific fitness goals, or seeking exercise support and guidance due to injury or pelvic floor dysfunction.

For the mom newly postpartum, new to rehab, and wanting to start or return to exercise.

Session includes: ​​

  • Pelvic Floor & Breathing Education

  • Modifications for daily movement causing pain or discomfort

  • Provide exercises to help decrease muscular or pelvic floor symptoms

Core & pelvic floor symptoms such as:

Incontinence
Hip/lower back pain
Heaviness in the pelvic floor 
Diastasis Recti

For the mom who has incorporated exercise as part of her regular routine, but is experiencing pelvic floor symptoms or aches and pains during movement.

Session includes: ​

  • Pelvic Floor & Breathing Education

  • Exercise modifications to decrease/eliminate muscular pain and/or discomfort and pelvic floor symptoms

  • Form feedback for weight training (Kettlebells & Dumbbells) and/or current exercises
