We used to be in the exact same place you are...feeling defeated, frustrated, and trying to find the best way to get back to the exercise we loved. So we decided to bridge the gap and create programs to help moms do just that.
Our mission is to provide accessible programs to help busy moms feel strong and capable in their bodies, so they can heal, recover, and return to the exercise they love.
After having babies, we noticed how little resources were offered for the mama's wanting to get back to doing the movement they loved.
So with countless workout sessions together (kids running circles around us) and intentional conversations with other mama's (searching for the same resources), we came together to create functional strength training programs for mama's in every stage of their postpartum fitness journey.
We have poured our hearts into creating programs specifically for mamas who want to get back to prioritizing themselves, feel stronger and confident in what their bodies are capable of doing, find freedom in working out with their kids around, move better in their own bodies.
